We’re a fast-growing investor group that currently owns and operates 8 RV Parks all within an hour of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We plan to double the number of parks we own within the next 2 years. Because of our rapid growth we’re always on the lookout for talented individuals that are interested in joining our team. More importantly, we’re looking for customer service-oriented people to help us deliver an A+ experience to all our park Guests. Here’s a few of the areas that we’re always looking for help…
RV Park Managers
If you’ve been running a park with 50 – 200 sites, have at least 5 years’ experience and are considering a move we would love to talk to you. If you’ve been an assistant manager and are ready to move up drop us a line.
Maintenance Supervisors
If you take pride in how your Park looks, have 3-5 years grounds keeping experience and can make light repairs to electrical and plumbing systems send us your resumes.
Maintenance Assistants
Some of our parks have 150+ RV Sites to maintain. It takes a whole crew to achieve the “Manicured Look” we want to achieve at all our properties. These hourly positions are primarily focused on lawn care and depending on the specific park we’ll train you.
Workampers
We employ Workampers at almost all of our parks. We need help cleaning our facilities, administration/reservations help and maintenance helpers. Your compensation is usually a combination of discounts on your site fees and electricity plus and hourly pay rate.
